The primary purpose of the complete the record report is to give the rated NCO a report on file for the position he is current serving in to allow the board to see how he is performing currently. In short, it is to 'round out' the file so the board sees a complete picture.
What are the 7 types of Ncoer?
There are 7 types of NCOERs:
- Annual.
- Change of Rater.
- Relief for Cause.
- Complete the Record.
- 60 Day Rater Option.
- 60 Day Senior Rater Option.
- Temporary Duty, Special Duty or Compassionate Reassignment.
How do I see completed NCOERs?
On the landing page in EES, select the Continue/View Active NCOERs radio button, the hyper link will go to a page which will display the list of recently processed and pending evaluations (active evaluations). The status of the evaluation will be displayed.What is an extended annual Ncoer?
Mandatory extended annual is 12 months rated time and includes non-rated time with the from date greater than 12 months prior. Optional is if rated Soldier is scheduled to depart within 90 days after annual is due. Rated time can not exceed 16 months.
